21-7-08 - Maria Isabel's planned Huelva concert on 8th August will take place in Huelva Capital, in Las Colombinas, at 23.00hrs and will be free.

23-6-08 - On 25th June (Wednesday) Maria Isabel will perform at a 'party' event in Ayamonte at 21.00 as one of the 21 invited artists. The event will be broadcasted live on Canal Fiesta Radio, and recorded by TV station Canal Sur 2.

10-6-08 - Angeles SA will finally be released on DVD to buy on 9th July 2008 across Spain, including a special 2-disc edition with extra bonus content, including a trailer, a filmography, commentaries, a "making of", clips, sound tracks, interviews, and El Mundo Al Reves.

6-6-08 - Maria Isabel has a concert planned for July and two concerts planned for August - 8th July in Canarias, 3rd August in Alicante, 8th August in Huelva.

After much thought and consideration, I am really sorry to have to tell you all that I (Suki) have decided to close Maria Isabel Online.

I have been running MIO for nearly three years now. I still am a huge Maria Isabel fan and will continue to update my Metroflog to stay in touch with other MIO fans. So, you might ask why I'm shutting MIO? The truth is, time. I simply no longer have sufficient time to enjoy updating the site anymore.

I will miss updating MIO but will leave it in its current state so fans can continue to enjoy it.

Many people have helped out over the past three years with the site, thank you to you all, especially Indie, Caro, Noor, Lotte, Rianne, Maria and Isabella.

And for Maria Isabel - always your No.1 British fan!
